Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 innovation strategy, identifying high-impact emerging technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic concepts through agile development cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present future scenario analyses and innovation roadmaps to executive leadership and investors
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget and oversee portfolio prioritization for maximum ROI
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning the company as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services with $50M+ market impact
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field required
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published future forecasts or innovation frameworks implemented at scale
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Tel Aviv)
