Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning emerging technologies with market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives to identify breakthrough trends in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Present visionary briefings to the Board of Directors and C-Suite on emerging paradigm shifts
- Oversee the 'FutureWorks' incubator program, mentoring innovators in rapid prototyping and commercialization
- Quantify innovation ROI through predictive modeling and scenario planning frameworks
- Drive organizational adoption of agile innovation methodologies and design thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology foresight, or R&D leadership within tech/consulting sectors
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFrA, CFP) preferred
- Expertise in scenario planning, disruption modeling, and trend analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies (e.g., HBR, MIT Sloan)
- Proficiency in innovation management platforms (e.g., Spigit, Planview)
