Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward products and services
- Analyze global tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Design and implement corporate innovation ecosystems and culture transformation programs
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven future impact assessments
- Partner with VC firms and startups to scout disruptive technologies for acquisition
- Author thought leadership on emerging industry paradigms and future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology roadmapping, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or innovation methodologies
