Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026+ market opportunities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and demographic patterns to inform strategic decisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-facing products and services
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype emerging technologies with commercial viability
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Monitor and report on disruptive threats and opportunities across 15+ emerging sectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning skills
- Experience presenting complex concepts to C-level executives and boards
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies (preferred)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
