Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and validation of emerging technologies
- Design and execute strategic experiments to test futuristic business models
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive organizational adoption of agile innovation methodologies
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven experience with horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Track record of launching successful futuristic products/services
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CPIM, CFP) preferred
