- Present foresight findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry experts and thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into compelling stakeholder narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business Strategy, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or foresight consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong proficiency in predictive modeling and data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio showcasing future-focused projects or published foresight work
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience advising C-suite on strategic innovation initiatives
