Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead workshops with C-suite executives to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for potential acquisition or partnership opportunities
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and track adoption of future-ready solutions
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global tech forums and futurist conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, biotech
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
