Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to map technological and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging industry paradigms
- Advise executive leadership on long-term strategic pivots and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate innovation, foresight consulting, or R&D strategy
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial innovation
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight frameworks
