Responsibilities

- Design and execute scenario-planning frameworks for global geopolitical and technological shifts
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical trend analysis
- Drive adoption of innovation metrics and KPIs across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy leadership
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting market trends (portfolio of published research required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent professional accreditation
- Experience presenting at global forums (TED, WEF, etc.) preferred
