Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead innovation incubation initiatives for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into commercial roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation strategy team
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for industry leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in technology convergence patterns and disruption forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and futures mapping
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patented innovations
- Global network within technology ecosystems and academic research
