Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster a culture of future-focused ideation
- Present compelling foresight reports and innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Design and implement innovation governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in futures research or innovation management (e.g., APF, CPSR)
