Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated AI, neural interfaces) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligning with market projections and societal needs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, autonomous systems, climate tech)
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and board members through compelling narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate commercialization
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts impacting technology adoption patterns
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years experience in strategic innovation or technology foresight
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bioengineering, nanotech)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic solutions
