Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026+
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Deliver high-impact trend reports and scenario planning for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and future-readiness across departments
- Build and nurture relationships with industry pioneers, academic institutions, and think tanks
- Represent the company at global conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact assessment methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven storytelling ability
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with measurable outcomes
