- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into design and development processes
- Present trend briefings and scenario-planning frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with validated predictions and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence landscapes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., SFU, CFTE) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or scenario-planning projects
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic frameworks
