- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize future-focused R&D investments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish thought leadership through white papers and industry speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing forward-looking strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation trends
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
