Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams on 2026 industry transformations
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate tech opportunities
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence signals
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and industry evolution trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record developing 5+ year future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: generative AI, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in scenario planning (e.g., WFS certification) preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Presentation skills delivering executive-level insights to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology futurism
