Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for global megatrends (climate resilience, neurotech, space economy)
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation portfolios with long-term ESG objectives
- Establish proprietary futures research methodologies using predictive analytics
- Represent Horizon Labs at Davos, TED, and premier innovation forums
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Horizon Academy program
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent innovation certification
- 10+ years in C-suite strategy with portfolio in emerging tech
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals (e.g., 'Foresight', 'Technological Forecasting')
- Expertise in horizon scanning and weak signal detection
- Proven track record of scaling moonshot projects to $1B+ valuation
- Deep network with Singularity University, XPRIZE, and DARPA
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
