Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ technological and market forecasts
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies
- Translate foresight into strategic priorities and R&D investment recommendations for executive leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking across product development and marketing
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on disruptive innovation
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and evaluate frontier technologies
- Establish KPIs to track innovation adoption and future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
