Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-focused innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with market needs
- Create predictive models for industry disruption and competitive landscape evolution
- Advise executive leadership on strategic pivots and future-proofing initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Present futuristic frameworks to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Oversee the implementation of innovation pilots with measurable ROI targets
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
