Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans and innovation roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Spearhead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor global megatrends (sustainability, automation, digital transformation) and synthesize actionable insights
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts, academics, and thought leaders
- Present foresight findings through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future trends into development pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Strong command of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and research methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects or published industry analyses
- Knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AI ethics, climate tech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
