Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to forecast industry shifts through 2026
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product ecosystems
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with 5+ year impact horizons
- Author strategic white papers and trend reports for executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track innovation maturity metrics
- Represent the company at global futurist and innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions (e.g., AI, Web3)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
