Responsibilities

- Design and lead cross-functional innovation labs prototyping breakthrough solutions in quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with corporate objectives and sustainability goals
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards through compelling data visualizations
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic partners, startups, and industry disruptors for collaborative R&D
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives to prepare the organization for geopolitical and technological black swan events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Deep technical literacy in AI/ML, biotech, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Executive-level presentation skills with portfolio of published trend reports or thought leadership
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or Innovation Management (e.g., ICF) required
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
