Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align on future vision
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech (quantum, bio-digital interfaces, AGI)
- Author white papers and thought leadership on societal impact of disruptive innovations
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate future-shaping startups
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen human-machine collaboration systems
- Present strategic briefings to global policymakers and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in technology convergence analysis (AI, biotech, quantum, neurotech)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of exponential technologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
