Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in foresight, strategy consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-ready strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech trends
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning capabilities
