Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging disruptive opportunities
- Produce trend analysis reports on AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Architect innovation pipelines aligning with 10-year future scenarios
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
