Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential through market research and trend forecasting
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating breakthrough concepts using agile methodologies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders to secure buy-in and resources
- Monitor global tech landscapes, patent landscapes, and competitive intelligence to maintain innovation leadership
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Quantify innovation ROI through market sizing, risk assessment, and commercialization modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 7+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing technology roadmaps with measurable commercial impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI, or spatial computing
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights
