Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen AI systems
- Present strategic foresight to Fortune 500 clients and investors
- Build and lead a global network of futurist researchers
- Author whitepapers on emerging ethical tech governance models
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives across global enterprises
- Expertise in scenario planning and disruption modeling frameworks
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG compliance protocols
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, WFS) preferred
- Experience with Web3 and decentralized governance systems
