Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, academic institutions, and governments
- Produce thought leadership content including whitepapers, patents, and conference keynotes
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and venture capital for experimental projects
- Mentor next-generation futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic innovation at Fortune 500 or top-tier VC-backed startups
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and global media
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry-leading publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
- Portfolio of deployed innovations affecting >1M users
