Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients to anticipate and prepare for industry transformation
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to stress-test business models against future uncertainties
- Produce trend intelligence reports synthesifying data from AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital sociology
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with existing business ecosystems
- Present future-focused strategies to C-level stakeholders and board members
- Maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy with future-planning focus
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Exceptional scenario-planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience facilitating executive workshops on strategic uncertainty and transformation
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
