Responsibilities

- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into strategic initiatives
- Design speculative scenarios and stress-test business models against disruptive futures
- Build patent-protected frameworks for human-AI collaboration systems
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen interfaces and ethical governance protocols
- Present findings at Davos-level summits and publish in Nature Futures journal
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Innovation Management
- Proven track record in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Published work in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier innovation platforms
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of trend-translation to commercial impact
