Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with strategic relevance
- Design sustainable business models for exponential growth environments
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize moonshot projects with 2026+ impact
- Present foresight findings to board members and industry thought leaders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning skills
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing organizational change
