Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts for 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruption
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging megatrends and their industry implications
- Champion experimental projects and pilot programs to validate future-focused solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruption analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) and societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future concepts
- Experience launching innovation initiatives from ideation to commercialization
- Strong network within futurist communities and innovation ecosystems
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF, CFS) highly valued
