- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions for emerging markets
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and global innovation hubs
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and investment theses
- Present compelling innovation narratives to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor emerging futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology & Innovation, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (white papers, books, journals)
- Experience leading global teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation portfolios
