- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and emerging trends

- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design frameworks for scenario planning and risk mitigation

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotech trajectories
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
