Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints on emerging technologies (quantum, bioengineering, AR/VR)
- Partner with C-suite to translate future scenarios into actionable business roadmaps
- Establish proprietary trend intelligence systems using AI-driven analytics
- Drive ethical technology governance protocols for next-gen innovations
- Represent company at global tech foresight forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Deep technical understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
