Responsibilities

- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging paradigm shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Advise executive leadership on long-term strategic pivots
- Curate and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (articles, books, reports)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend-mapping methodologies
