Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints focused on long-term opportunities
- Develop patentable concepts in emerging domains like neurotech and space commercialization
- Present findings to investors and board members using immersive data visualization
- Curate external expert networks across academia and industry
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or trend analysis at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
