Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual horizon scanning reports identifying disruptive technologies and socio-economic shifts
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026+ market uncertainties
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish AI-driven trend prediction models using machine learning and big data analytics
- Present strategic briefings to executive boards and investor groups on emerging opportunities
- Pioneer ethical guidelines for next-generation autonomous systems and human-machine interfaces
- Mentor junior futurists while publishing thought leadership in industry journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies including Delphi techniques and weak signal detection
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
- Published author or keynote speaker at futurism/innovation conferences
