Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to forecast market disruptions through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation and growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce white papers and thought leadership content on next-generation innovations
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into tangible product roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technological adoption
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Davos, Singularity University, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or futuristacademy.com)
