- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster collaborative ideation and scenario planning
- Quantify market opportunities and risks using predictive analytics and trend modeling
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry thought leaders
- Drive adoption of future-ready technologies across product development and operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy systems
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) highly desirable
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and strategic planning projects
