Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis

- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFTR) preferred
