Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize innovation pipelines aligned with future market demands
- Establish ethical guidelines for next-gen technology adoption and deployment

- Present strategic vision at major conferences and publish thought leadership pieces
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
