- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce executive-ready future scenario reports with quantified impact assessments
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals
- Partner with R&D to prioritize emerging tech investments (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Experience developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, APF) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic roadmaps
