Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-year foresight methodologies to map technological and societal trajectories through 2026
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to stress-test strategic resilience
- Develop quantitative models for emerging market disruption and adoption curves
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize breakthrough technologies with 5-7 year horizons
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-proof business ecosystems
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published author or speaker at global innovation forums
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, etc.)
