Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to mitigate future risks
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry impact
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions addressing 2026 market needs
- Mentor junior futurists and establish frameworks for long-term trend analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Proven track record of translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS)
