Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptors to identify market opportunities and threats
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Design scenarios and stress tests for potential futures
- Drive innovation sprints focused on exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Published thought leadership on future trends
