Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech's societal impact
- Integrate ethical foresight into product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
