- Partner with R&D to align product roadmaps with 5-year technological forecasts
- Design and execute scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish cross-industry partnerships with academic labs and innovation hubs
- Mentor a team of 3-5 strategic analysts in futures methodologies
- Present quarterly trend briefings to investors and executive committees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports adopted by executive leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi method, and systems thinking frameworks
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics, climate tech, and neuro-technology trajectories
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex concepts
