As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. You'll translate complex data into actionable insights while maintaining a human-centric approach to innovation. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and possesses an uncanny ability to connect disparate dots across industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning for 2026+ technological and societal disruptions
- Develop and maintain future scenario models for AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Design strategic roadmaps for enterprise adaptation to emerging paradigms
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board committees
- Establish cross-functional innovation incubators for 2026-proof initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leader in future trends or technology forecasting
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
