Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and communicate futuristic scenarios through data-driven frameworks and compelling narratives
- Lead innovation workshops to ideate next-generation solutions and business models
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Create strategic roadmaps aligning organizational capabilities with future market opportunities
- Present future insights to executives, investors, and key stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy, innovation, or trend analysis roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience with futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
- Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
